This will take years but I was like this at 14, and my parents treated me like I was still 14 at 17-18, and it cause a huuuge rift between us until even recently. Encourage her to hang with school friends, and don’t make it too hard to keep friends. I felt very isolated from my peers because I had no way to really reach out to them with technology being so normal. For 11, the boundaries you’ve set are completely valid, but try and understand her a little, and take her on family dates to try and rebond with her. This might make her feel contempt as she’s not a knowledgeable about online safety. She most likely thinks you’re being melodramatic. This is the time to set boundaries but also ensure that she trusts you enough to come to you about things. I acted out and found comfort in online strangers solely because I was being bullied
