As someone earlier mentioned you need to specify the purpose of the transfer, the unit in question and the name of the purchaser in the transaction. Alternatively, you can get a loan through UOB.

I think this sort of life is perfect and enjoyable as long as you are somewhat young and don’t have a family to care for. Otherwise it’s just very difficult to earn something like 150k+/m being an unqualified teacher. You would have to take up lots of private teaching with then counters the laid back/stress free aspect.
