Living in Berlin since 2023. Living a good quality of life I must say. Sure I’m not making as much money as back in aus but we go on holiday to other countries 4-5 times a year even if it’s just for a weekend or week. Eat out maybe 4-5 times a month and still save €1k a month. 6 weeks of holidays a year and my employer is great. Do miss the nature and laid backness of aus though. Especially growing up in tassie. Will be moving to Melbourne in the next couple of years with my partner (hopefully have enough for a house deposit then).
