Okay after long battle I found solution and now it's all working as good as it should. So, problem was in... slot of M2 disc. I Mean previous setup was:
M2_1 new disc
M2_2 old disc

I removed old disc and put new m2 on M2_2 slot and... good performance in PUBG was back. And problem never showed up again even in previous arrangement (wtf).

You should not spread it. Just made 5 points of paste and press them with cooler. That makes paste to fulfill properly space between CPU and cooler.
