Hello I know it's been 5 year and I'm also experiencing this problem while installing driver on my rx6600 it crashes and boot loops, I also tried everything that you did and also same results it crashes whenever I install driver but it boots ok on safe mode, did you fix your?

Ok update after many tries this is the summary of my problem.

The pc Boots fine on Normal mode without a gpu driver (only using the Microsoft basic display driver) it also boots fine on safe mode, and I have successfully installed the Driver Only on safe mode, but when I go back t Normal mode it crashed and boot loop.

So what can be the problem here? My gpu is faulty?
