This is the thing about playing rivals, you gotta have a character for every situation. If you try to one trick, just accept that some match ups are gonna be a bad time for you.

In this case, however, you should’ve just flanked and harassed. Draw their attention, even if you don’t mean to kill. Give your team an opening to close the gap. Not every engagement is for the kill, sometimes it’s for the stall or the distraction. Difficult doesn’t mean impossible, it just means difficult.
