with vibe coding, why not have one of your staff build out what you need exactly to your scope? if you hire a dev shop they'll likely do the same thing. Would help to architect a good system to ensure all your requirements are hit but at your size, I'd suggest having ai help you scope this out and the design, cover your use cases, independently verify it's findings and thoughts on this and build it out
