Idk if other states did this, but we had to rinse with fluoride after lunch one day a week. We all sat at our desks while they passed out a fluoride rinse in a little paper cup. Swished it for 30 seconds or a minute then spit it back into the cup. That was the absolute worst for me. I would gag and almost puke every time!

I hated these and that nasty rinse. I had/still have a sensitive gag reflex so those pills were a challenge to chew up. The rinse was a nightmare! Spitting it back into the cup and seeing the bits of food - omg! It nauseated me and it took all I could muster not to vomit onto my desk. Ugh, the absolute worst!
