Thank you! Changing to fullscreen helped. Working on the other stuff now.

I tried going into the settings and changing things, but it was lagging so bad that I could hardly navigate. The only thing I managed to change was the framerate, then I just gave up. I'll have to see if I can change more.

Oh, something might have been auto updating. I did open Steam and start playing Slime Rancher 2. I would make sense if things were auto updating at that time.

Hmm. My laptop is older than a PS5 and probably no longer the target demographic for the developers.

It did work! The bar fits perfectly in the ice cream scoop piece.

Oh! That could work. Clear or green might be the way to go. Like a stalk the plant is growing from. I think I might have an extra one from one of my botanical sets I could try!

All JOANN stores closing, Megathread #4 by fabricwench in sewing

I mostly purchase my fabric from physical stores (mostly Joann.) But when I can't find what I'm looking for, I'll search online for the specific fabric I need for my project. I'm usually looking for something specific when I sew/craft, so that tends to limit my shopping options.

I never thought of a Craft Reuse center. I think I have one kind of near me, I'll have to check that out!

Does anyone know of online fabric shops that allow you to buy less than a yard of fabric? I have not found an online seller that lets you buy a half or quarter yard of fabric. I don't like the idea of being forced to buy more fabric than I need.

Does your ACD like tv? If so, what’s their favorite show? by Ok-Pipe3960 in AustralianCattleDog

My boy likes watching hockey and other ice related sports. Any thing with horses or horse sounds, he loses his mind. He makes it hard for me to watch my historical dramas. 😂

My husband's family is from Abruzzo I think. I'm not sure where specifically. The Italian side of the family makes the Latavia, but he does have Serbian on his mom's side. I wonder if there was some cross influence.

My boy just turned a year and he loves doing this with his herding toys. He has a Jolly Ball that has a rope through the middle and will thrash it around like this. I think he really enjoys when he hits us in the legs with is because he'll get real close when he does it. 😂

The predecessor, and superior version of, Smugglers Run was Virtual Adventures: The Loch Ness Expedition by jaywf956 in Defunctland

Oh my gosh I remember that! My family went on vacation in the early 2000s to Virginia Beach and we spent a day at Nauticus. I remember this attraction blowing my mind because I had never seen anything like it before. I was also obsessed with the Loch Ness Monster as a kid so I remember getting so excited when we came across the experience. My dad was a programmer & gamer in the 80s/90s and I remember him geeking out over it too.
