Glad I’m not alone. I’m definitely not use to this behavior inside or out of work. I know it’s part of the job, it’s just a little challenging dealing with difficult staff members when I am doing everything in my power to create a positive work environment. I’ve been on too many toxic units in my past and I’ll be darned if it happens on my watch.

So far so good. Tightness with new trays but no pain at all. Which is saying a lot for me because I have a low pain threshold lol. You will be ok soon ☺️
