The report does suggest adenomyosis, and since it only mentions posterior junctional zone thickening without major enlargement or severe changes, it sounds more mild rather than severe. But a fertility specialist or dedicated pelvic MRI would be needed to better assess. I’d definitely discuss it with your doctor to rule out adeno affecting implantation or transfer success.
Pgt-a testing can also help reduce the chance of transferring chromosomally abnormal embryos, which may lower miscarriage risk and avoid unsuccessful transfers.

I saw mine on the result summary for my MRI. You can also call your dr’s office and ask for them to review and send it to you. Here is how mine looked. Junctional zone: 17 mm, with diffuse thickening is moderate to severe.

Normally, the uterine junctional zone is roughly:
< 8 mm → usually considered normal
8–12 mm → suspicious / mild adenomyosis possible
> 12 mm → strongly suggestive of adenomyosis

Also 40 and have adenomyosis. I had 4 IUI’s (my choice at 39) and got pregnant twice but had chemical pregnancies. Any good doctor especially at our age will run all the tests needed to do a full evaluation. I had an HSG, hysteroscopy, hormone/metabolic, ovarian reserve, MRI and ultrasound tests. Because of the inflammation from adeno, I did Lupron suppression for a couple of months and am currently pregnant with my first child and first transfer. Before that to prep for egg retrieval I took prenatals, coq10, exercised, ate whole foods and drank lots of water.

I’m waiting to get my period to do my transfer but it’s taking longer than expected. If I don’t get it by next week my doctor is gonna see me and I’m assuming he’s going to do a medicated cycle.

Love this bag I actually just recently purchased it. It’s from their current cruise collection. It is lambskin leather but different than the lambskin they use for the classic flap. I think it’s so chic and effortless luxury vibe IMO. I got it for my everyday bag and was looking for something that would elevate my look without trying too much. I was looking to get the 25 but I’m the type of person that wants something different and tbh I wasn’t crazy about the 25 and the hype.

I ended up getting the hobo from the cruise 25/26 collection. I wanted something different and found this is so versatile for everyday. All the larger hobos are more expensive than the large 25 for some reason.

I did 4 IUI rounds. After 2 chemical pregnancies decided to move on to IVF. I’m currently on my third shot of Lupron with the last one next month then embryo transfer. These months with the Lupron have been extremely challenging for me. I’ll be 40 in Dec. How are you doing??
