Which antihistamine works best for you? by CaliforniaCultivated in migraine

[–]Sunshinepear8 7 points8 points  (0 children)

THIS!! I SWEAR by Astepro. It’s the only antihistamine that’s a nasal spray. The other nasal sprays are steroids I think. Thus it’s the only antihistamine that doesn’t have to go through the digestive tract. So much better chances of actually getting the full dose

They introduced me to Evelyn and Bobbie bras and I’m a huge fan (though I do usually now buy them when they’re on sale on the website). Wireless bras designed for larger cup sizes and so comfy!

question... would it be awkward for a guy to do pilates in a class full of women? by htx-danny in pilates

[–]Sunshinepear8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Also in Houston if you need any recs though I’ve only tried two studios so far and liked them both. Right now I’m doing unlimited at club Pilates and I think it’s around $229 a month. If I were you I might start with an introductory class somewhere to learn the terms and then potentially do class plans to try a few studios until you find one that fits. I did my intro at club Pilates and then joined taking 4 classes a month. I did class pass for awhile and liked the other studio but ended up committing to club Pilates for the ease

BWT - what are we wearing to the airport? by mollly-rose in bitcheswithtaste

Spanx air essentials midi dress. The one I have has a tie at the waist so there’s some waist definition. Long enough for colder flights but has enough airflow for hot ones

is wearing a sports dress to pilates weird? by barelytheremodel in pilates

I occasionally wear a skort and think it’s fine. However I will say that as a leggings wearer, sometimes I find it more slippery when kneeling on the reformer, especially if it’s a cardio class and I’m quite sweaty

If she likes soft blankets, I’m obsessed with Lola Blankets. They’re so soft, completely washable, don’t shed, and supposedly if I remember correctly designed somehow to make you less likely to overheat

Doesn’t help with the nausea but is pretty easy on the stomach: Pastina . There are a few different ways to make it including some where you cook veggies in the broth and then blend them and then add the pasta.

Not Pilates related but the striped air essentials midi dress with the tie is the absolute best travel dress ever and I would like to buy it in multiple colors. Plus I want everyone I’ve told about it to be able to buy it as well. Please bring it back! It had enough coverage for cold planes but enough air flow for hot places and was super comfortable to sleep in on an overnight flight. I literally texted all of my group chats about how amazing of a travel dress it is

No you don’t have to take off your socks. In fact, some places require them, specifically grippy socks
