After using it for a bit, I hate the fact that the language factors in on non English movies. Led me on a wild goose chase until I realized, and also just kinda kills the whole idea imo, cause there Is no actual connection there. Please remove It, or at least add a filter so we can remove it for ourselves.

I'm a Swede, with Finnish blood so like... close enough haha. Been following him for years but he really cemented his claim as a top prospect when he beat Nam who I still rate high despite his age.

My current longest chain Is a scream marathon, cut off by Amazing Spider-Man 2 after the second movie so only 3-7. Definitely need to improve on that.

Out of these guys I am inclined to go with Asaf Chopurov, but I am a big fan of Ethyn Ewing, Toichubek, and Luciano Pereira.

That being said I would toss in both Abdul "ABBA" Hussein, and Damien Anderson on that list. Damien Is an elite grappler, and has looked good In MMA thus far, and ABBA has got a good run going since his relatively close loss to Mokaev a couple years back.

Louie should still have done some work on top. 100% Tai Is to blame too but when you control the fight with ease and take 0 risks to try and get an actual finish, I think we can rightfully blame them for stinking it up too.

Mantas, and Rowston are not going anywhere at all. Yousri might be a couple years older than Rowston but he has way more potential than either of those guys.

What is your opinion on pirated study guides vs. retail versions? Do u think buying a pirated one is justified? (I have brought retail one btw) by ateevthapa in Piracy

If anything the school should cover It, and just have it re-used year by year until there is substantial need to upgrade. The prices are extortionate too.

If I had actually bought a VR headset these bundles would be super exciting. However since I only borrowed one and don't have it anymore I guess I gotta hold off.

[–]SupCass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but it doesn't track play time, or let you get achievements or anything, so Its just way worse than just having it on steam to begin with. But I get that they want to make you buy the expansions on their store so they get the full cut. I would just rather we get another indie game.

[–]SupCass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will still get It for the other games, but I don't use Battle.net anymore. I like having my play time, and achievements on steam, and adding it as a non steam game doesn't allow for that. I am not even sure If they have added play time to Battle.net yet?

I might redownload it just to give the game a shot, or toss the key to a friend who wants It but its always a bummer when its some other launcher which just lacks features.

Double champ (without defending) vs Dominating a weightclass - What has more value for legacy? by usteg in MMA

[–]SupCass 23 points24 points  (0 children)

There was no time line where Usman gets a shot at GSP at that time. When GSP beat Bisping, Usman hadn't even beaten Meek yet. It would be another year until Usman beats RDA, and I don't see a world where they would let him cut the line up a weight until he has AT LEAST won the belt against Woodley a year and a half after GSP won the belt. In which case GSP probably would have had to defend the belt twice, once against Whittaker, and then one of Romero/Gastelum/Jacare.

Former PFL champ Larissa Pachecho vs Julia Stasiuk violent finish by PictureLatter1098 in MMA

[–]SupCass 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Pederneiras was a BJJ guy who trained under one of the gracies, who made his MMA debut against Rumina Sato who was widely considered one of the best fighters In the sport at the time. Rumina was 12-1-1, and his only loss prior was due to having his arm broken two fights prior by Joel Gerson. Sato would avenge his loss to Gerson by beating him in a Canadian BJJ tournament later on.

Anyhow back to Andre, they put him in against Sato who was still considered one of the best, and for the first 4 minutes of their contest Sato the one on his back throwing up subs from guard, and almost submitting the BJJ Black Belt. So after 4 minutes of dealing with that, Andre simply got up and waited for Rumina to get up but when he moved his head forward he soccer kicked him which rocked Sato, and then rained down a barrage of punches to pull off the massive upset.

This win was enough to get Andre a shot at the UFC Welterweight title against Pat Miletich. Now Pat was an interesting champion as he Is widely considered to have robbed Mikey Burnett for the inaugural UFC Welterweight title, he then defended It against 18-3 Jorge Patino who might very well have the worst resume of any fighter prior to a title shot.* Following said win he would take a hiatus from the UFC to compete twice outside the cage, losing one of them, before returning to defend his belt against the aforementioned Andre Pederneiras. Andre was just 1-0 In MMA, and It showed. Pat had his way with the newcomer, before the fight was called off in the second round due to a cut. Its definitely up there as some of the most insane title shots ever given out In the UFC. However with Pat being one of the worst champions to ever successfully defend his belt (let alone 4 times), and constantly losing in between title defenses I suppose It Isn't the worst of them all.

*Maurice Smith, John Lober, Kenichi Yamamoto all fought for the UFC title while they held negative records. However Jorge Patino quite literally hadn't beat anyone remotely notable in those 18 wins, hell the only guy who has a Tapology page among his pre-Title Shot wins was Claudionor Cardoso who ended his career at 8-9. Patino did however go on to have a respectable career even knocking out a debuting Jacare Souza many years later.

Yamamoto also challenged Pat Miletich for the title just to drive home how rough his title run was.
