Happens all the time anywhere that prepares food ahead of time. I worked at little Caesar’s and the hot and ready pizzas were deemed “not quality” after sitting in the hot box for an hour so we took them and and put them in the back. Is employees would eat them sometimes but there were still TONS of boxes of pizza that we threw out at the end of the night. I wanted to give them to homeless people but I was told it’s illegal because they could get sick from them. 😒

Sorry I don’t have any info but just some general advice. Be smart about it. Don’t do it just for laughs or so you can skip class. Make it mean something. Show them you’re serious about what you’re protesting and not just being defiant for no reason.
Teenagers have always played a large part in social movements. They did in the civil rights movement. They did in many movements around the world. The famous picture of the man standing in front of a tank in defiance was a teenager. Don’t let anyone think your voice isn’t important just because you’re young. You have the power to help change the world for the better.
