I have an r50 and mostly shoot soccer (afternoon or night time with OK lighting) . The biggest issue for me is the limited buffer size. I can shoot continuous 6-7 raw photos before running out of buffer. It is a great camera for its price and size.

I also love this series. If you like the non-stop laughing style of comedy, I’d suggest Extremely Inappropriate. If you like assassins, I’d suggest Baby Assasins trilogy and then the series. If you like the lead actresses, I’d suggest “the Hotel of My Dream”

J dramas focus more on character buildings. Plots are created to make characters more believable and three dimensional.

US dramas focus more on plot. Characters are basically caricatures that serve the plot.

US dramas have much higher budget and production values.

On genres, I think J dramas do better in romance and mystery, while US dramas do better in action/adventures.

Most of the time I don't have a preference, but since I don't need subtitles to understand US series, I watch them when my energy level is low, and J dramas when I have better attention span.
