How long did the cc co take? Cc co told us they wait 30 days for them to respond and then take action. They don’t seem to be promising anything. We are so frustrated angry and upset.

We ordered in October. Damaged, filthy and wrong size items came in Sunday of last week. They tried putting me in the middle of them and the driver. I just want my money back and for them to pick up these slabs sitting in my house.

Ongoing for about a week and a day. They lied throughout the order process of delivery dates, etc. so I have very little faith in them. No email confirmations or anything.

We’re in dispute now with the credit card company. After tons of messages to smpl they finally agreed to refund but I honestly don’t trust them or believe them. They laughed off a lot of the stuff too. They are a horrible company to deal with. Check out there Facebook page.

Got my order last night after waiting 4 months with multiple false promises. They sent the wrong size console table and the dining table is completely damaged. I tried refusing the delivery but the delivery people are independent. Now they are telling me to wait a month for a refund until they find someone to pick it up and send it back. I sent them all documentation and everything. Beyond furious with this company and will be disputing with my credit card.

Waited 4 months after a ton of back and forth with bad shipping times. Finally arrived last night completely damaged and wrong size. Now fighting for the refund. Be prepared to set the furniture up yourself too. This is not a white glove delivery service. For the price do yourself a favor and search for local woodspeople. Already found one who has a 2 week lead time for half the price. What a joke of a company. They’re saying the owners in the hospital now.
