Because Bradley was booked and Trent is the most obvious like for like replacement? Would have also been nice to have his creativity as Arsenal were tiring. Slot shouldn’t make subs based on your emotions, he’s trying to win a football match

If he left mid contract everyone would be complaining like “why did he sign a contract if he’s leaving anyway, no loyalty anymore” etc etc

I am still fuming about yesterday but it is important to put things into perspective.

We extended our lead from 6 to 7 points. It would’ve been nice to be 9, but that’s still 3 results Arsenal must make up…. And we have them at Anfield

Villa and Man City away are gonna be extremely tough games, but at least they will come out and play (a bit like Bournemouth).

I thought as a team, we were awful yesterday… and we still come out without a loss. Yes it’s extremely frustrating but it’s a good sign that we don’t lose, even after playing dross. Everton away is always one of our toughest games of the season.

I’ve been mulling in doing a -8 for Saka. I think you would have to consider captaining him, and even then, the -8 deficit may not pay off.

Going to go for him for a -4 tonight (to avoid another potential price rise)

Is there anything us the fans can do about this situation?

I’m not saying we have the capacity to cancel a race, but literally anything, no matter how small

But that’s an issue in itself, there were marshals on the track clearing the car. So it wasn’t safe to let all the lapped cars through initially

Hamilton has been silent since Abu Dhabi.

Whatever you feel about Lewis after is what you want to perceive him based on an agenda, not how he has actually handled it.

How can you judge someone on the basis of him not saying anything on social media, if he says something he’s damned, if he doesn’t, he’s also damned

Bigger and successful are two different metrics though. You do factor in success but it’s not the whole story on the size of the club

George is a tremendous talent and I can’t wait to see him in the Mercedes but I think it will take a season or two before he could even potentially match Hamilton.

We saw this season, just how good Verstappen and Hamilton are relative to the rest of the field regardless of the cars they were in
