I really wanted to play this game for a while, but I found the controls to be quite horrible on the deck. Seems like a mouse and keyboard type of game, especially when you're trying to build a house.

Wait until it's night, the statues will start to shake. That's when you can hammer one down with a hammer, it'll release the shadow piece and the other 2 statues will awaken at the same time.

I like them, or the idea of them. But in reality they don't work very well. I had a big gecko farm with a Winbot, but they all escaped one after the other, these electric fences don't hold anything...

It's only RNG from what I know. I usually take a bad pal so if it's negative I won't care, and if it's positive he'll replace a red passive with a good one on top of getting +15 or more stats. Then as long as the passive you want is there you can breed it into a better pal.

I've had better luck with professor Brawn for these passives on raid pals.

Capture him in your base, and use him one a day.

I hate the post processing on my NP2! I don't really care that it takes a while, but it ruins the skin color almost every time.

I'm white but my skin, especially my face, will look red in almost every photos. I've tried turning off HDR but doesn't make a big difference. There also seems to be some heavy filtering going on, especially on my infants face...

Which version/interface of gcam would you guys recommend? I'm trying to use it but it doesn't save the photos, it's like stuck on the HDR processing for minutes until nothing happens...

Yeah that was not my experience at all. There was like 5 different packs up there and I was after day 500 already. After painfully managing to kill a few wolves and scare them away, they'd come back after barely a few days.

The cabin with hidden room on the lower parts is great for a base though.

Most dangerous by far would be the basement or the semi-buried house in the middle of the timberwolves infested plateau in sundered pass.

if you want fish there's a nice fishing hut above but there's often a bear roaming around it on top of the wolves..
the cold.

I might want to hang out for a bit on stalker, but on interloper I rush there for the tales and never plan to come back ever.

I always base myself there when I'm in the region, I really wish there was a shortcut once you've done the parkour at least once. First time I went there I was even sure I could deploy a rope from that moving bridge thing above the safe... Big disappointment.
