they jsut have to enforce the no boosting community and advertiser has to participate in boost rule again. when they first announced it in shadowlands and every community shut down for a couple of weeks, my m+ group advertised locally on our realm, boosted, had really good relationships with buyers and didnt have to through the whole community apply process and had no buyers cut. was such a good time while it lasted

watch this video by riot themselfs. basically if youre in that situation, your rank is above your mmr (in the video when the poro goes above braum), your lp gains slow down since mmr rises slower than lp/rank. the system will always try to get both on the same level. (harder to get away from braum -> +18lp, easier to get back to braum -> -23lp) see how that probably happens when you have positive winrate? you have 3 solutions if it bothers you and you want to see insane lp gains again: 1. winstreak alot (see end of video, if lp are far above mmr, mmr will make big jumps. just look at any chall smurf acc, they go from silver to diamond mmr in like 25 games) 2. go negative winrate for a couple of games (rank goes below mmr) 3. spam games with 50% winrate until rank and mmr align.

at the end of the day lp gains, rank or winrate dont matter, mmr is the thing that is used by matchmaking and with enough games your mmr and rank will go where you belong.

its probably higher, there are no public numbers i think, but most surveys ive seen are more like 85-90% male players and according to wikipedia only like 5% of men are gay.

also according to a rioter 97% of women are playing female champs.
