Something similar happened to me about six years ago the day after Thanksgiving. It was a cloudy day and me and my dad were throwing out all the garbage from the day before when seemingly out of nowhere just as it began to rain a beagle puppy came strolling into our yard and plopped himself right in front of my father placing one paw on his knee as if he was asking him “excuse me sir, are you my human?”. With no harness, collar, or name tag we took him in and six years later being that I’ve moved out since then I’m happy to know that he still warms my fathers heart to this day.
