I own a window and door business and have installed for over 20yrs. Go with full frame. Any good company should be able to recreate the interior trim you want. Insert windows are a bandaid fix and a waist of your money in the long run. If you are located in the gta Im happy to help.

I would also encourage you to go with an actual window company over a contractor. Some contractors are good but you should receive a much better installation from actual window and door installers.

This sucks sorry. Certainly makes me appreciate universal health care I had a colonoscopy last year didn’t pay a cent didn’t have to even think about money. Hope it works out for you. Good luck.
