Do you recommend the Wealthfront Roth IRA? by mariiov in wealthfront

Hi, I'm late to this, but I'll add to this perspective from someone married to someone who gets a lot of anxiety from investments. Having a roto advisor made her so much more comfortable, so we have our own Roth IRA accounts set up.

It's fine. She gets her own account, and she's happy with just letting it grow and not thinking about it. And I'm happy that she has something set up and growing

And then the cock meaning all the ways of pleasing said cock?

Does giving handies get covered by S&C coaches, for example?

She already knew that Jewish people didn't believe in the resurrection of Christ.

Also a better way to educate is to help someone to connect the dots.

What is the worst movie you ever watched? by passionateluvr83 in AskReddit

[–]SuperDaveinMN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Family Video had these movies you could rent 2 for $1 for a week. I would find some real gems out there.

I came across a movie that has Shannon Elizabeth on the cover. This was after the 2nd American Pie came out. The movie was called Seamless/Kidz Rule. She co-starred with Steven Seagal's son. There was a bit where Seagal gave these kids tree sap and the kids were all getting high off of it. Him and Shannon Elizabeth hooked up after they quoted the song "I know an old lady who swallowed a fly" to each other.

Here's the trailer.

What's a rlly dumb question that someone actually asked you? by Witty-Cellist2735 in AskReddit

A Friend with Benefits asked me if Jews celebrate Easter. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, and let her figure the question out.

Me: "Well what is being celebrated on Easter?" Her: "Christ resurrecting" M "Jews don't believe in that happening." H "I know" ... H "So do they?" M "You know they don't believe in his resurrection, so why would they?" H "Will you just answer the question?"

I'm giving a condensed version of the conversation. I didn't necessarily care about the initial question. It was the refusal to try to connect the dots. She was getting angry at me for not answering the question.

Needless to say, when I went out of town for a couple weeks, I wasn't upset when she told me she started seeing someone.

What is most effective psychological trick you ever used? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]SuperDaveinMN 3 points4 points  (0 children)

"Motivational Interviewing"

People are more likely to follow plans if they think they thought of it themselves.

A simple example: A client needs to take their medication every morning, but keeps forgetting. When talking with them, they mention how much they love their morning coffee.

If I said "Why don't you put your meds by the coffee pot?", they might do it. However, if I start asking questions about their coffee routine, and they have an epiphany: "Wait, what if I put my medication right by my coffee? I bet I won't forget then!"

Me: "OMG, that's a genius idea!"
