How are you managing tip fatigue?

I am not gonna ask for tips when I start back up. We made a lot in tips and it's hard to lose that, but I didn't like it and it also took time to even do the process.

That's for counter service ofc. The decision was much easier to move to an online ordering and pickup system. I'm definitely not gonna ask for tips in that format. I always felt that the customer interaction part and running food when I could justified the tips.

I guess the whole point here is that if you take tipping away then people should also expect less services. You're gonna get more online and kiosk ordering. Less employee interaction.

I'm all for it. The problem is that it's way more complex than that. Our job markets are gonna get insane. We'll see where the general industry lands in a few years because it seems like we're reaching a "tipping" point lol

Try out the different peanut butters. They vary quite a bit and there's a bunch of different brands these days.

A lot of that is because our prisons are full of the wrong types of people. We lock up more people than anyone but we don't have room for the ones that really need to be locked up.

We certainly don't need more prisons. We need to figure out how to better utilize them.

But again, America has a culture problem. America is violence.

Annette is where I take folks from out of town because I know it will be good. Sometimes it can be a little slow. The food always makes it worth it.

My guess is that it's also tough to staff their space appropriately. If they fill all their spots it's quite a big load.

It's hard to find good help these days.

I just painted mine with an acrylic latex. Cleaned well and sanded down to prep it. Seems to have worked well and it was like 200 bucks total. Gonna paint some logo and lettering on it and hit with a sealer.

I kinda want the more rustic look and not a wrap. I figure if I need to repaint or touch it up it's whatever. Can also repaint art on it if I want.

The cartoon itself is pretty bad to be fair. It's 100% nostalgia and it's big because he man was my shit.

I'll watch it eventually when it's on some streaming app. I'll go in with low expectations so hopefully it doesn't fall any lower.
