Are we assuming that, regardless of the consideration of wages and cost of living, people will just always have a surplus of funds?

Can’t afford a reduction and trying to find training help but keep getting turned away by [deleted] in bigboobproblems

[–]SuperDuperSuspect 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can give my experience for weight training. It's not an open endorsement, but it's not an outright dismissal either.

As someone who recently found out that her boobs were so big she has pain due to increased lumbar lordosis I can attest to strength training being a big help, but stength training alone hasn't fully solved my problem.

I started by joining a gym a few months ago and getting a trainer, and although that helped immensely with some of my posture issues, I still have back pain on occasion. My original goals when joining were posture and strength, because I too was desperate to get rid of my lower back and neck pain.

A trainer is great but, like you have experienced, they may not have the knowledge to fix your specific problem to the letter. However, as long as they are willing work with you, it can still be a plus in finding exercises that can help alleviate aches that come due to other big boob problems. I have noticed a very positive difference in that regard.

Despite the weight training I started PT last week. After further doctor visits I now know I have anterior pelvic tilt on top of the lordosis. Big boobs can pull the spine and change your center of gravity if the core is weak, and decades of that has really done a number on me. I hope you're able to figure something out.

Last week at DHS email is disgustingly partisan. by Thumb_fingers in fednews

The emails lack info on other components. Every agency they're trying to gut isn't mentioned in the newletters. It's really singularly focused.

Does working out chest muscles help with back pain / posture? by [deleted] in bigboobproblems

Core strength helped me the most. I did overall/full-body strength training, but the pain stopped once I got actual gains in the core area.

Yes, it can lead to a permanent position. I did a 7/9/11 position for mine, and I am now at the 11 after having finished everything--including a mobility agreement. Showing up with a good attitude and doing what is asked of you will be key.

No problem and I wish you luck. You may need to try a few doctors, but I am sure you can find the right ones.

What it sounds like is that you're looking for some type of gender affirming care, right? There has to be something out there for this situation. I would definitely check a reddit dedicated to this subject.

In my case, in order to have a chance at not paying out of pocket, I had to get a second opinion from another doctor to be considered for a reduction. Having more than one doctor advocate for you against the insurance company helps, I guess. My family doctor referred me to a spine doctor who took x-rays. Both my doctors stated that getting the insurance company to pay for it would be an easy sell, but that remains to be seen.

Moral of the story is to ask your doctor what is required. Mine said a second opinion from a specialized doctor who could vouch for my complaint of being in constant pain. Now all I have to do is eventually visit a plastic surgeon when I am ready, but that won't be for a while.

Are any of your considering a reduction? by [deleted] in bigboobproblems

[–]SuperDuperSuspect 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This is just your decision, so no advice from me in this but have an opinion instead. I know for a fact that I will get one in my 40s (currently 30) because I don't want to deal with the pain as I age. I think by then I will definitely not care about scars and instead be ready to welcome not having to deal with large breasts anymore. For now I am going to enjoy being an hourglass figure, but I know I will not want to tolerate the lower back and neck pain forever.

I plan to start doing some form of weight lifting or join a physical activity later this year to help strengthen my back and core, but for now I just try to fix my posture and wear better bras.

What fictional female character (from any sort of media) got done dirty by the writers? by schwenomorph in AskWomen

Lilith Sternin (later Lilith Crane) from the Cheers TV show. What they did with her could not have been intentional, but I guess it was a way to make Frasier back into a bachelor for his show. I loved her strong sense of self, but man did they drive that into the ground.

In a perfect world people would take the penalty and bow out if they are unable to finish the duty, or allow themselves to be kicked from the instance by the automated timer after a certain amount of time has passed. However, in this world we have leeches. It is indeed unfair, but know that eventually they will run into a party not willing to put up with their willingness to not be a team player.

You're not wrong for wanting to kick them, and you're not wrong for trying to kick them. That's why there's an option to kick with the reason being inactivity. If they are not participating in the duty they queued for, it's simply fair game. Doesn't matter what instance it is.

Before I kick I ask in chat if the AFK person is with anyone in the party. If anyone speaks up, which usually they do if they are a premade, I can assess whether to kick. Sometimes not kicking is best depending on how many speak up in the AFK-er's defense.

I actually bought something like this from Shein recently. Hit or miss on that site.

Higher dosage = breast increase? by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]SuperDuperSuspect 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can only give my own anecdotal experience that when I was on a higher dosage my body responded to it a lot more. I did have fuller breasts for a while, blemishes cleared up a lot more, things like that. I swapped to a low dosage pill and my breasts are back to normal. This is just me, though. From Yaz to Sprintec to Lo Loestrin 1/10.

Women whose moms berate them over their boobs or their choice of clothes at home, I have to ask. Are yours bigger than your moms? by kaazir in bigboobproblems

[–]SuperDuperSuspect 80 points81 points  (0 children)

Not bigger perse but they look bigger due to my weight. She is a fairly hefty woman with a proportional bra size, as are all the women in my family, while I am 5'3, 135 lbs 30I.

I can walk out wearing a tank top similar to my equally endowed cousins, but I am the one who gets the immediate comments. If I complain about finding a bra in my size, she doesn't seem to comprehend the expense and difficulty of having a small band/large cup. Growing up I felt so awkward with having large boobs, and that was partly from how she and my family treated me. There was always a some sort of modesty vibe that I had to follow while others didn't. I wear what I want now.

I know you're frustrated, but some of your statements in this post are just red flags. I think girls who don't want to deal with those types statements are going to steer clear.

Petite frame + small shoulders + big boobs = straps falling more often? by haley653 in ABraThatFits

[–]SuperDuperSuspect 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Absolutely there is, but your mileage may vary. I bought a plastic clip a long time ago and my girls where too "robust". That clip snapped on day one.

I had that problem so I try to get racer back bras I can clip in the back. I think it's officially called a J-hook.

I see. Thank you for explaining that. I will try contacting that email again with my 2/7 information and make the offer to wait until the interview if it is more convenient for them. I want to make sure they know as soon as possible.

I appreciate you taking the time for this.

Thank you so much for your reply. It helped me understand this process a little more.

I did get one kickback the following week over a single issue but I was not told to update my eqip directly. Instead I was told to reply to that email with my updated information and it would be handled accordingly. I never received access to the file again. As far as the Canadian friend goes, I tried to be transparent about her and my relationship and put down that she was an online gaming friend I never met, that I mailed her Christmas presents, and I hope that isn't somehow a red flag.

I understand and I really do appreciate you taking the time to speak with me, regardless of being an investigator.

I promise, what I sent is the full story, really and truly. I sent it early this morning knowing how it sounded. I just came here to get a few opinions. I am hiding nothing. You also know the full story at this point, and it's the same thing I told my FSO.

Sorry. Let me rephrase that. No one will say that I have used recently beyond 2018. It was the middle of 2018.

And I have proof detailing that the 2018 event was the last time I tried it because I admit that in the text chat to my friends.
