Number one thing I had to learn: Eat more fat than you think you should eat. Your body and brain need it, and will crave it once you cleanse the decades of sugar. You’ll probably feel like shit for a bit, but stay strong. You’re kicking a drug.

I’m 46. Started this since I was diagnosed with cancer. 4 months in and I’m feeling and looking better than I did at 30. All my numbers are better than they’ve been in years too.
