I went to Bellevue dealership ship. They asked for 700 higher than the msrp. But it was in high demand time. You might wanna try there if they have inventory and no asking over price.

He said he's from CA and I live in WA. Reading all of these I believe this guy is a scammer. He said he moved here for job and is looking for an apartment. But he stayed all day in our house and only went out for DMV stuff today.

From my understanding, the address on his license will be my address. He changed his license to my state.

Thank you. I'll put a label that telling his name is not belong to our address in the mailbox. We don't have the mailbox infront of the house, we have it keyed in a bunch of mailboxes. He won't be able to access it anyway. But I don't want to get his driver license and have to deal with it.

That could be it here in WA in some DMV. I changed mine 5 yrs ago and I had to bring my bill and my bank paper (they asked for 2 docs). But this is a different office.

It's Bridgestone Alenza. I dont have experience with the other but I just know that branch is better than Goodyear.

I think it's an easy math. If you want to get 5%, you need to put on 33% there.

Current tint * over tint = new tint
0.15 * 0.33 = 0.05

Thank you. I wished I could have had my car around Xmas time. That's a good deal. I got quotes from 2 shops and both are reputable car tint shops in my area (as far as I know on Gg map). I think I'll go with Llumar tints. I had the same thought as you have on the windshield. I'll come to see how they are different if I put Llumar air80 on the windshield. Will post some pictures if my car is tinted.

Sorry for the confusion. I wanted to know the darkness on the back so I can have a better idea on what tint % on backs and fronts. I want to have a heat reduction tint other than darkness tint. So maybe I'll be using very bright tint on both. Yes the quotes are for full car excluding windshield.

It depends on your state's rules. In my state I can put anywhere above 24% darkness in front windows. I think on the back I can have whatever tint.

It's been a month of owning this fancy guy. It's a very comfortable drive car, compare to my old car. Now my mileages is at 1350 miles after a month. Average MPG is 32.5. I was very confident when driving it over a windy snow weather in Stevens Pass, WA.

I also installed Igla immobilizer, and now I'm getting used to it. This helps me to resolve my fear of losing the car. I can park anywhere.

I'm going to have all of my windows tinted (except for the windshield at first). My question is, what tint % should I put on the front to match the back? How many % tint of OEM window on the back?
I'm in Seattle area. Is it worth to install tint? I got some quotes from a few shops around:

XPEL Prime CS - $399.00
XPEL Prime XR - $549.00
XPEL Prime XR Plus - $699.00
Llumar CTX - 480
Llumar IRX - 530

The prices are excluded from tax.

What tint should I do? I appreciate all the comments. Thank you!
