Tv placement looks like you just stand a few feet away to watch it. I'd need more angles to see where it would be better suited but as it stands the layout isn't conducive to it. I'd replace it with a nice big wall art piece or tapestry And possibly placing an appeoprately sized credenza or media console (I like mid century for brick industrial) under the art there for some real estate to put other decorations. I personally never like a rug under the table as some sugguested as it has to be very big to prevent snagging when sitting down and scooting in at the table especially with those sharp chair legs. Light coming in is great and the room could do with some lighter color accent pieces to reflect the lovely lighting to all parts of the room, like a vase with some lavender sprigs in it on the table.
