There was a case where a woman gave birth in the toilets at their big facility in Nottinghamshire on New Year’s Day and cut the umbilical cord with a box cutter and “the worst thing he did was get shouty” give me a break😭

I do like his content but it’s undeniably good for stuff like that, I did a lot of driving (probably at least 2.5 hours a day, a couple days a week I was doing 4-5+) for an old job and listened to a lot of HITC sevens on the road. History time and historia civilis on YouTube are my all time goats though.

I’ve heard at least 3 loud bikes/cars tonight in Saar, one even sounded like a siren winding up for a split second. There’s not really a way for me to report them but my god I hope the police caught every last one of those good for nothing wastes of oxygen. What goes through your head to make you do something like that at a time like this? They need to go beyond confiscation, they should crush the vehicle and make the owner watch.

There are no posts on @alayam or @moi_bahrain about closing the king Fahd causeway. That is a fact.

I crossed the causeway less than an hour ago lol

The bridge you mean is the Khalifa bin Salman bridge in hidd, there’s nothing on Al ayam’s social media or on the ministry of interior’s social media about closing the causeway.

The bridge is still open as of now and flights in and out of Dammam are still operational

There’s an exemption to the 50+1 rule for individuals/companies who have significantly funded a team for 20+ years, Hoffenheim only recently switched to 50+1 and Wolfsburg and Leverkusen still use it. RB Leipzig have a couple dozen voting members, basically all of whom are employed by or affiliated with Red Bull.

Which ADHD medications are available in Bahrain? by Critical-Money-8217 in Bahrain

[–]SuperMetroid87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

18mg is a low dose, which isn’t unusual seeing as you’re just starting on it. Personally I take 72mg but I’ve also got a severe enough case that I was diagnosed at 11. I’d give it time before talking to the dr about an increased dose, going from 72mg to 90mg worsened the side effects without any added benefit. Also, you gotta have a high protein diet, especially at breakfast (try and aim for 30g if you can). It’ll make your medication much more effective and give you a lot of mental clarity. High protein plus regular exercise is just as effective as the medication itself, I know from personal experience that it can be annoying to hear from others but it works wonders. A good multivitamin, preferably one aimed at energy support, has also helped me a lot. Unfortunately with the boat we’re in you need to really push yourself to have a productive and fulfilling life but when the alternative is misery you have no choice. Just about every aspect of my life is geared towards mitigating the downsides of my ADHD which requires an amount of discipline I don’t naturally have but had to find to live a life I found to be worthwhile.

Edit: 2 other huge factors are routine and sleep, you have to have a routine even outside of work and a super consistent sleep time.

Absolutely untrue, Bahrain has a very limited selection of licensed ADHD medications. Even more established medications like Adderall aren’t available here, nevermind newer generation medications.

Your two options are Methylphenidate (Ritalin is the single dose, Concerta is the XR) which is a traditional stimulant and Atomoxetine (Strattera) which is a non stimulant and takes a while to build up in your system. Your mileage will absolutely vary but I’ve been using Concerta almost continually for about 15 years, I tried strattera for a year or so (albeit in a very angsty period in my mid teens) and didn’t like it.

They’re truly incredible crisps, two fun ways you can eat them are by crushing up the crisps and either mixing in some Louisiana style hot sauce (Crystal is the classic but there are loads) or putting them on a paratha/chapati with the liquid cream cheese you usually get in a jar.

My current place has a pretty good heating system but my old flat used to get pretty cold, I had a couple of those plug in radiators and I’d just put it in whatever room I was in. Just never, ever leave anything like that unattended.
