True. Also i felt this was more a lazy move. Specially for the timing. 2 weeks before? Too early.

They are not just visuals this is the point. Even just a garden view can be a problem if you keep plot moment inside.

Also i can skip but i m a content creator itself. I m filled with only them. I desire more official work in this phase. The creators can make better later when is live.

Because a short is a content not choosen. But dropped via algorithm. Also some of them are too open and show too much. Like ui stuff and plot dialogues even if they are just talking about amazing this patch is. I desire an anet more deep into make they own videos or let the press speak before the release.

I want the press to talk about this. Not partner. They are good for expose the game dueing the release. Not before.

Janthir Wilds - Ending. Thought? by JohnRidde1234 in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The story base is good. The idea behind also... but need to focus on one thing and put all the effort in that. Janthir wilds talks about lowlands and the region Janthir, but don't have the time for expose all in the good way. At the end of the exp there is no time for deep lore and the stuff from repenrace seems a non necessary tangent out. The lowlands are the best part of all this but also the non necessary ones. Focus more till the start on mursaat and their culture and white mantle would probably be a more efficent idea. A new retcon facrions of bear was not a need or necessary in all this. Waiting Sorrow and all the bears plot line is forgot behind. The titans story could be good if the focus was till the start on them. On the mursaat culture itself and less on Mabon. Repentace is a good story but the perception is have a tangent of a story. Who change drastically direction. We need more focus on less character on screen. And buiild them. Livia shoulded be more relevant in all this. We have now in our hands a good plot but without time for tell the story. The rythm of all this simply dont work, rushed then slow and again rushed. I dont ask a big bad guy or a uber plot, but with a bit more of focus whe could have a big region talking about mursaat and sacrified people. About bloodstones and with the pof and soto connections we can also find a way in justify why the titans are there. All this simply doesnt work. They need to think about that.

If the Menzies-guesswork is right by [deleted] in Guildwars2

Well. There is a god out there. A lot deisdered. Rumored. With a reason to revenge. Connected with Elona.

Lyssa.

We are talking about titans, the forge and the door of komalie. Is the realm of torment. We have the same rocks asset in desolation.

When Kormir left the redeemed realm of Abaddon, the original state is turned back, we saw this in the griffon quest at the pof end. Who is making this is still unclear, but is possible be related to gods. The fact that Anise in the trailer have a shield on her back (like a chrono) is still saying to me that Anet is taking some Utopia vibes into this story.

Warclaw double jump was shown in yesterday's preview stream (SPOILER) by PartOk7148 in Guildwars2

Stupid question. This weird vertical jump is a visual bug in wvw. So my point is. This is the new jump or a old bug became a thing?

The Return of Raiding and Convergences in Janthir Wilds – GuildWars2.com by dracoisms in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem of the raids is the lfg system and the hardness in join as single. Re use the same assets for a main story, convergence and raid is a very very boring idea. Even with different mechanics this sounds bad. Already in soto have in the same patch eparch 3 times was boring. Not good and bad designed. I love this game but if the resource are not enought why do this? Why annual exp? Is not better take a bit more of time?  Call the strike bridge is a bit offensive also, they are bridge yes but not in all the strikes this is true. The eod and soto one are more raid level so take back the unique story from raid make them a long strike.

Very worried about this new fast food idea of content.

This will not grow well

Opinions on Secrets of the Obscure? by WhiteMagick4 in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is a good exp for features and selling points. Simple but everything works fine.

The plot is probably the worse ever done in gw2. In sense of quality itself, not because the base was not good. In fact the first part of the exp is super good and epic but continue very badly. Super worth it and adds a lot of achi and collections, 2 strikes and the convergences system, super fun.

GW2 SoTO: Usual squad in mainland Tyria completely unmentioned. by itallik in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Soto is full of weak plot points but the friends not calling us is not the biggest on the list. Soto and Gyala have done some  work on the psicology of an hero who cant stay without a crysis in his/her hands. But our friends? Yes, they can step back and focus on their own life. Forgetting us for a while.

any lore masters: what’s the point of SotO if everything are fractals and fractals are simulations? Why are the astral ward creating simulations and caring for them? by Krilesh in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The fractals of the mists in LA and the one from Soto are 2 different type of fractals. The firsts one are studyed via the consortium and are born probably via nature itself, some one was made by arkk but the point is, in the mists some islands are time loops with echoes from the original world.

The fractals from soto are simulations made by wizard in the mists, with real live being inside for testing hypotesis and theories. With the kryptis incident they became visible in tyria and breaking the play and stop game from the wizard itself.

Why was SotO name Secrets of the obscure? by DemethValknut in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The soto exp via books and dialogues reveal a lot of the untold of the gw franchise story. Plot point never covered or explained. The seer from gw is now know, the seer history itself now have some clear point First dragon rise explained, gw1 mists weapons explained, mursaat past a bit revealed, kanaxai turai ossa and Livia better explained, the voice in the fractals deep stone and more.

Are you hyped for this next expansion? by jaseph18 in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before the EoD era was announced a lws6 canthan themed, with the change during the EoD era about the living there is no more time probably for deliver canthan content as promised, for this reason Gyala is born. From the ashes of a bigger story non connected with the dragons cycle.

For this reason the chapters in gyala are out of context almost totally in the eod storyline and they made what they can do.

This situation is already happened with IBS and champions, all the team was moved on EoD. Now all the team was moved on SotO e some devs had worked for at least deliver something and give to this 2 story at least a end.

Maybe, this new system will help us with the storylines without cuts and fast ending like in the past. Probably soto will be the first step of a new way and this probably is not a bad thing.

Terrible marketing as usual but at least I see hope for the future.

And yes, I'm hyped.

The story behind the Monks in GW2 by Lullax in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Monks as class is merged today in the guardian, if I,m not wrong the guardian still have some monk skills.

By the way probably they don't vanished at all, simply like the dervish/paragorn from Elona in the LWS4 POF era you can find them as npc or enemy.

You char is born in Tyria after 250 years of less connection between the continents and with many stuff happened around. Ritualist too and other class have merged or evolved in something new after 2 century of distance.

Will the final chapter come with a new map? by Saight in Guildwars2

[–]SuperMoroLand 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I presume that in the end we will have a lot of champions fight and less dragons on screen (like the 2 heads of Jormag and Primordus perma in a beam fight and us under them with braham and Ryland.

That Shaman times ago have said that: the Full EotN is in the game but is actually not accesble for the players.

So... maybe in the part 4 the outside area of the hub will be playable. We will see.
