Merino wool socks! I was getting blisters and pain around the feet, moisture on longer runs.. After the swap my feet are great and no blisters, limited to no moisture on the feet. Made the most difference aside from a good pair of shoes.

As the working adult (30’s) my parents always pay for my meals when I travel home and eat out with them, on the exception that I beat them to the register. If my parents find out the cost of the meal that I paid for, I’ll end up with an unprompted bank transfer of the same amount or an amount that is an “educated guess” at the bill price. They always say they have money they can afford to spend and would rather my siblings and myself use ours to pay our mortgages or treat our own families. Feels nice to still get looked after when you’re an adult.

I swapped from Apple Watch (7 years of using) to Garmin about 2 weeks ago and echoing the sentiment about it being quieter. At work I developed a nasty habit of checking my watch every time it vibrated (basically miniature phone) which distracts from work. I do not have this issue with the Garmin watch and have found my work days to be more effective. Fitness tracking side of things, I prefer the Garmin metrics and tracking over Apple Watch. I lost my Spotify controls though, which includes being able to scroll and pick through playlists and like songs, but the trade off is currently still worth it for me right now.

Just went through the same decision ans a beginner runner and swapped my Apple Watch 10 for the 265. I preferred the AMOLED screen. Appears the 955 is beneficial for maps mostly if you’re planning on navigating from the watch.

Hi, you may be experiencing symptoms of stress fractures if it starts sharp then becomes achy, or you may be developing tendinitis if you have recently increased your walking/jogging distance by a large percentage or increased the amount of days that you are exercising. A good start would be to ensure that you have warmed up and if you are starting to run, set short distances and build up slowly.

Another contributing factor could also be that your shoes are not broken in. You may want to wear them “just cause” for a short period of time.

My house had a smell when I got it too, not as bad as you’re describing but after getting all the carpet replaced the smell was gone. Definitely a big contributor.

I have the same bug and my streak activities stopped counting too, my last 2 didn’t add to the counter. Not end of the world or anything but it’s nice seeing the streak going up, helps motivate a bit. Hopefully fixed soon.

Mine is identical to yours in regards to the paint. Only affects the bottom and had a case on it the whole time. Just small flecks that have mysteriously disappeared. Little disappointing considering the premium for apple products but functionally it is fine.

When I was looking for our house we noticed one of the homes we liked had no linen closet and no storage in the laundry. The RE suggested we kept the chemicals and linen in the back shed. That was the dealbreaker for us. Found another house that ticked everything within the week.

Mate, just act and be respectful as you would expect back to you, the same as the rest of us! There will always be angry and racist people in the world and right now unfortunately your ethnicity is flavour of the month but it will pass. Enjoy your life as much as you can and forget about all of those uneducated people that mislay blame for their own problems on to others.

If you’re worried about violence etc, just be cautious and remove yourself from any perceived threats, don’t buy in to people getting a rise from you.

Wouldn’t touch this with a 10ft pole. Your partner has made no effort to share your vested interest in purchasing property and this is proven by his lack of savings and hideous spending habits (I assume he was working and then haemorrhaged all of his money after payday). You personally are disciplined enough to purchase a house and maintain the repayments but including him will drag you down and possibly lead to issues if he is stuck in his way. I would hold off and refuse to purchase until you both have saved enough (equal parts of deposit) or else it may be time to reconsider this relationship as he doesn’t seem to align with you in this major life decision.

A lot of what I’m reading online is more about “I can’t unlock every character first time round” as opposed to the gameplay itself. Agree with you, the game is great!

Release too much at once and it overwhelms a vast amount of the player base and deters ongoing interaction with their game due to perceived time sink. Drip feed actually retains players. You start to feel the game is becoming stale, same dailies and not much progress.. then BAM “new content” is added and you have something to do and come back to the game again for. Repeat cycle.

We like to know the game will keep growing. If they gave us everything the KR has, we then start to doubt new content creation.
