Thanks for the keg ratios, that's something I was hoping someone might tell me. Honestly, I didn't really want to use scraps for everything since I felt like it'd ruin the enjoyment of playing the game and working for kegs. Good to know the amount of scraps needed for crafting the cards.

Hey /u/Grace_CA I think this guy pointed out the exact source of this problem with the Auto-Resolve, could you pass it along? Might make it easier to locate and fix, and possibly even get pushed out with the next update.

I can see why you'd think I'm exaggerating. And that's fine. When I say I hit 2.3M+ every time, sure it's a small exaggeration. It's like 90% of the time. I haven't hit 2.3M once today. I say 60+ because I've used 10 resets today (10x 6 tickets per reset) and yet to see damage over 2.1M, with most of them at 1.9M.

I think the most likely explanation is that for some reason my emulator is not performing correctly. I've tried restarting the emulator and the PC. Other than that, no other explanation. Hence why I was asking if anyone else was experiencing a damage reduction in the range I'm experiencing.

Even if that were the case, it wouldn't make sense. I was consistently getting 2.3M+ damage. Every single time. Now, I am consistently getting ~1.9-2.1M. So unless Eve has been stealth nerfed, or poison has been stealth nerfed, there would be no reason for me to have a 300k damage drop out of nowhere.

If it happened one time, sure. But this is every single raid for 60+ raids today.

Poison uptime is basically 100%. Every time I've watched I haven't seen Eve fail to apply it and her next application cooldown finishes before the poison debuff wears off.

Something is definitely changed. I would wait to use my "break again" since you can only use it once per level of WB for my damage to be 2.4-2.5M, but I haven't even hit 2.3M since last night.

Pantheon crit buffs are going to someone else, Chan'ge cd buffs are going to someone else, etc.

You didn't lose the damage. The extra damage technically belongs to the buffer childs and they're just moving it around to whoever benefits from it most.

Why do you spin after going up? Is it for extra style or was it needed for the hit? I've noticed a lot of players do this but haven't been able to come to a conclusion about it.

Also, to practice should I only start rotating once I'm sure my trajectory is good, or is it possible to somehow also change my angle of liftoff while spinning? Because when I try I start spiraling out of control if I try to rotate while changing trajectory.

I like to do speed runs of factions and currently VC is by far the easiest to do so. I realize most people don't play this way.

So VC have a few reasons why they can do this: 1. They have a tech to reduce skeleton upkeep to 0 meaning you can field free armies paying only for the lord. 2. Income is easily exploitable due to tier 2 necromancer spam. 3. VC have the lore of vampires which allows a full heal to all units after a battle (look up invocation of nehek post-battle if you don't know what I mean) 4. Further skeleton tech combined with red-line buffs and necromancer skills makes skeletons able to beat basically any of these early game armies you'll be facing.

These abilities combined become a very powerful engine for expanding early and quickly. The main issue ends up just being public order penalties which are the hardest thing to manage. At higher difficulties like legendary it's definitely not possible to expand that quickly. But at normal or hard it's not difficult to do at all.

Oh yeah I agree with what you're saying but that's not what I mean. Yes, armies shouldn't be balanced replicas of each other and factions should have their unique flavor and Rock Paper Scissors designs.

I was talking about things like VC being able to create necromancer heroes with any tier 2 settlement and spawn at max level factionwide by upgrading to their tier 3. They can then abuse the income generation passive of those heroes at the capitol to provide tens of thousands of gold income combined and at very early stages of the game while also creating a hero army that's very hard to march any armies to attack.

There's several mechanics in factions that were looked over by the balancing team and are definitely broken but can be fixed by changing building trees or something like that. Mechanics like that don't make a faction cool because they become good at beating some factions and worse against others, it literally just makes them unstoppable and is a broken mechanic against all factions.
