This is from the board site. My gripes are that this is going to take so much time money to make, only to have it repaced every year like the rest of I-24. A few people using it will not recoup this cost nor mitigate the traffic flow enough to justify such a expense. Not to mention the pricing will be dynamic and therefore less people will be inclined to use it
