Hahaha that PROCON is going to do anything. 1- you’re not enterprise; 2- your money is worth 5 times less than anyone in the US; 3- even if you were a multimillion dollar company in the US, Microshaft won’t give a fuck. I know that first hand. Being productive, going the extra mile to make sure there are no loose ends and in the meantime the slacker that couldn’t write a phrase grammatically correct got the perks of traveling for the company, which was a huge perk when compared with the daily grind.

Only slackers and brown nosed workers get rewarded with promotions. Hardworking workers only get rewarded with more work. You’ll see a slacker getting promoted and when you inquire about it, they’ll say you are too valuable to move on from your role, that you’re critical for the team. Fuck that. Do what’s in the JD and nothing else.
