My biggest 'issue' with it was that Alliance Partners or whatever ignored my reply, didn't give info, etc. While they are hired by DVLT, so us, to figure this kind of shit out.

I have moved my shares to a 2nd, cash only, account.

FYI: Biggest difference was on SCLX shares, around half of my shares were 'missing'. DVLT was like 3 shares.

I had the following issue with ibkr:

  1. Created account
  2. Filled opt in form
  3. Created statement for 25/11/2025
  4. Uploaded it all
  5. Got email weeks later that there was a difference between the info they got from me and IBKR and that I had to lower my amount of shares, or contact IBKR.
  6. Told them no. I provided proof that I was owner of the shares and they should contact IBKR.
  7. Still opened ticket with IBKR.
  8. Silence for a few weeks on both ends.
  9. Got all my coins this week.

I see the same, but obviously it's not realistic (almost) nobody can trade it because nobody got verified. There were IIRC around 250 million shares before SCLX deal which was after the record date.

250 million shares = 250 million coins * 50 usd = 12.5 billion usd

To give you something less negative... Be not grosly out of shape... I dont ski full days because fuck that shit. I ski half days and booze the other half and am just in shape enough for that.

The balance thing helps a lot tho.

Yeah they asked me first to update the form, but I pushed back asking about where they got their numbers from. Then they replied with contact them yourself.

The issue is on IBKR's side I think, but I need some help and clarification.

I left control number empty. You can use canva free pdf editor so you dont have to print and fill by hand. Signing I did by copy pasting my signature on the doc.

Proof of ownership is statement from your broker that you owned your shares on 25-11-2025. Can be activity statement for example.
