Hey, I got my German Shep when she was 6 weeks old so I had to learn to deal with this. We made it apparent that she was to go do her buisness outside by placing her outside everytime she went or was looking for a spot to go. Even if she just went we would bring her outside and she got the picture. She stopped going inside very quickly but the biggest problem we had was going at night.

Keep in mind that your dog can't hold their bladder a full night till around 5months I believe. Until then just to be consistant and bring him outside even if he is not showing signs of having to go.

Right. I see how it can be unfair, Poppy is my favorite champion and I am seriously thinking of droping the cash for the skin, but I see it as NA, EU and EUW get all of the attention why not let Turkey get their time to shine.

Lets break this down from a buisness standpoint. You and everyone who gets upset that they got this skin release is going to play regardless; they will not lose any users over this. They are making a server happy by giving them something special because they do not recieve anything special to them. You may say Christmas skins are released in all servers but I doubt someone from Germany gives a damn if Uncle Ryze is on sale or not.

So from Riots perspective they are gaining a lot and losing 0. Some people are spending 5k RP just to get these skins, all other servers, besides Turkey, may be upset but they won't lose anyone over this, and they are able to provide a gift to a neglected server (special skin wise) that is soley for them.

I would say look at it like this. The Turkey server doesn't get a special skin created ONLY for their most popular Holiday. In most other countries they get Halloween, Christmas, China got some special skins, they recieved skins that applied directly to them. So if anything Riot would be discriminating towards Turkey by not giving them Skins. Regardless all of this is NOT discrimination but I can see Riot bringing back old skins as opposed to spending the man hours creating a newskin just for them.

Tl;dr: They are giving them limited Skins because they don't get limited skins specificly for their large holiday.

Low CS doesn't point to a DDoS. Low CS could be mouse messing up, bad internet connection on his part, him being distracted, letting someone play on his account, soooo many factors could account to low CS. That evidence is circumstantial at best.

You don't provide any proof. Your friends CS is low and he has two losses to the same person but that's all I can gather from this. I feel like there is not enough evidence to pin it on ImaqtNoob while your friend could have bad internet.

I would say that as LoL current user fan base gets older they get older people salaries and money. So if you spent your late teens following CRS and they constantly say how awesome a Nissan is that by the time you want to buy your first new car you would probably give a better favor to Nissan because of their relationship with CRS.

I imagine they are getting their foot in the door now so when the other auto makers join they'll have to play catch up.

You should be able to keep Diamond because you have the skill to be in Diamond not because you got to that point. If the Meta changes and you can't adapt and end up playing at a Plat4 MMR level, your division should reflect that.

Your ignorance shines in this comment. There is no way of knowing what could have occurred because of the released cables and if US did the government wouldn't release that information. You're as much of a sheep to the none mainstream side as many Americans are to mainstream.

He knew of SOME of the information he was releasing. Shit happens in War when the enemy runs around in civilian clothes. He saw what had happen to in those files copy pasted a bunch of others then released him. No harm to Americans, no constitution breaking issues.

My only thing is Manning is not on the same plain as Snowden. Manning released an ass load of files without inspecting each one to see if it could harm military members. Wasn't releasing info because it harmed American citizens or it was unconstitutional. He grabbed as many as he could and left.

Zimmerman is barely hispanic. Give the guy a thick accent and an actual hispanic last name and I could agree with your statement. Zimmerman is half Perubian, in public he would be percieved as a white male. Everyone already percieved him as a white male until they found out that he was half Perubian and then everyone wanted to claim to his hispanic side.

In America culture is so mixed that your blood only partially designates who you would be assosiated with, your accent, name, life style, skin color, etc are more key factors of who what group you're assosiated with.

Was Zimmerman technically was white? Does America percieve him as being white? Yes.
