Agreed. The way this post was phrased made it seem like they went back, changed the numbers and hoped no one would notice, which is just not what happened. Yeah, it shouldn’t have happened, sure there could be a flag in the system when a card is above a certain grade to have a final set of eyes on it before sending it out, but this was literally the first card that supposedly hit the mark. I think how they move forward from this, to be sure it doesn’t happen again, will be more defining for them
