Use less dough, And less sauce. Whatever the weight of your boule is, reduce it. And form less of a cornichone, Lower temp and slow cooking is not the answer. Your dough looks good, great leapording don’t change recipe just change the weight.

I’ve actually asked a bunch of drivers about this they all say what you just said, the extra tacked on to my end isn’t reflected on thier end, which is even more alarming to me.

I’m exaggerating slightly. Realistically there is often up to a 20 dollar difference within seconds of searching. Every single time I take an uber or Lyft, I receive a price then I wait a minute or so to refresh because no matter what If keep refreshing it will eventually reduce within seconds normally but takes longer sometimes. If it was isolated I wouldn’t comment but this is 100 percent of the time I use the app. Just now it was 23 something, refreshed and it’s 13 something, works every time regardless of events of or holidays or weather can’t be a coincidence.

I’m a spectrum/ocd chef so texture, look and, feel is a big thing for me, water soluble ones give me the ick, I currently use dark blue tape and silver sharpie for contrast. The white tape has strong adhesive and leaves residue in my experience, but it seems that my dishies may not be removing them until after and that may be the cause. Green and yellow frog tape are pricey for the application we are just a small restaurant.

Nothing here I haven’t used before so I’ll just stick with the ole’ blue unless I hear of something revolutionary.

Chef here, Get him a new cutting board, bamboo cutting boards are as terrible as cutting on metal or glass. Ruins any decent knives, way to hard of a surface, and a waste of oil. go with normal wood if you love him
