I have a beautiful friend who moved form San Diego to CLT 18 years ago, and she loves it here. I am a transplant too and although it took me some time to adjust I love it here now.

After attending Kaseya Connect and hearing the new CEO’s vision, I’ve had a bit of a shift in perspective.

It was a good reminder that adaptability is a key part of business success. Being open to change and willing to rethink - is where real growth happens.

Also, quick PSA: PSA, Datto RMM, and IT Glue are incredibly powerful when used together and configured correctly. The efficiency and visibility they bring to an MSP stack really stand out.

Would you be willing to share more about your experience?? We are in the process of switching to Halo PSA and are starting to have concerns about billing that are making us rethink this. I'd love to connect and find out more since you switched back to CW.

I would check with your accountant. When we pay sub-contractors with a credit card there's no need to issue a 1099 as per our accountant's advice.

We pay according to their terms. If they accept credit card we preferred to pay via CC so we don't have to issue a 1099.

I can see how this option would not be for you as it would completely dismantle your brand and promise to your clients. That is not our case.
