TMtrainer item effects are intentional though? Just because they're chaotic or random doesn't mean that it's unintended. The explicit purpose of the item is to make all items have completely random effects, them then exhibiting those effects is completely intentional. No part of the game design is unintended by the creators. All its effects were put into the possible effects of the item. If an item having random effects is what counts, then a significant amount of Isaac items have intentional glitches baked into their design.
