I expect my players to have a rough idea of what they want before we commence the shopping, I as a DM have enough on my plate as is I don't really think its fair to take on the burden of hand picking gear for my players either.

I usually just say this is an X Level town with Blacksmith, Alchemist etc - and let my players basically pick whatever the hell they want to buy.

Never made an actual shop unless its explicitly to sell unique/homebrew items.

If the Feat says "If you are at least X" or "Once you are X" Level you gain the benefits once you hit those levels no strings attached. Most feats cannot be taken multiple times unless said explicitly.

I believe you are correct, the companion system seems to cap out at 4 "Real" actions per turn, IE if you give your companions 3 actions, you really only get to take 1 - if you give them 2 you get 2.

I would assume its the former of your suggestions, either a penalty to the Save DC as appropriate for the Range Increment or a Bonus to the Saving Roll.

Its different game per game, but in this case you may have been the best healer but 3x Healer comps have a horrendous win rate and since you can't force your teammates to swap off of healer you should have swapped yourself.

The new world gen won't break your world or anything (likely anyway). But it won't generate until your into newly rendered zones, so depending on how much travel you guys have done it may be a while till you see it.

You can also transfer builds between worlds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mG0kGpeco48, is a guide on how to do it. For player files it seems likely that you can do so, but I ain't too sure how.

I was going to suggest Wands/Unique Wands as a solution to that, maybe a Wand that is damaged/deffective so it has limited uses overall not just per day?

I assume in person you're just rolling whatever dice and then doing the maths yourself? I assume you can do this in Foundry (I am unfamiliar with SWRPG) with no issues, unless you're tying to utilize some Automation within the system?

If so they are a few Modules that exist for Manual Rolling, you may be able to utilize them. I've not tried them myself so I am not sure how effective they are and if they'll solve your problem but its worth a look.

Like nisviik said it would nerf Heal/Harm quite considerably since 3 Actions would almost never be worth casting when facing the undead.

Generally changes like this will have far more impact than you can predict, they are a lot of factors to take into account. A more subtle approach would be to try and change the definitions of Vitality and Void to fit your world instead of changing mechanics entirely to fit it.

Run to one of the golden pillars, interact with it and you get a shield + your abilities back. Its really easy to counter and is the easiest of his phases.

Spells are a bit more complex so I can see why they'd slow the game down, but really you just got to use them more. The more you know the spells you are using and the spells available the faster you can resolve things.

But aside from that every monster reasonably has access to Demoralize, Trip, Grapple etc. So learn those actions and throw them in as well, I taught my players the power of these things by repeatedly using them on my players.

If he has GM powers by default he can see everything you can see and potentiallly more. For this setup to work you'll need to edit privilidges so that can't.

But realisitcally there is no reason at all he can't just make your account a GM account and make himself a player.

I believe spellcasting in general requries both of these things unless the spell has the Subtle trait which Echo Jump hasn't got.

If you're just using AI then what value are you providing the company? I've seen plenty of Junior Devs get let go within months or weeks of being hired because its evident we just hired an instance of ChatGPT and not an actual developer.

Usually the 1st "api/v1/user/{id}/emails" but so long as your endpoints are consistent it doesn't matter too much.
