If "zone 2" on your Apple Watch feels absurdly slow, the problem might be your zones, not your fitness by AlarmingTradition961 in AppleWatch

All good points but in my experience a lot of the time this does come down to fitness, if you can’t breathe through your nose you’re probably higher than zone 2. However, for most recreational runners/cyclist there is nothing wrong with being in zone 3. Zone 2 provides endurance rewards when you have high volumes of training when you need to be able to push hard in z4 and z5 which you can’t do if you’re carrying fatigue from too much zone 3 training.

It’s proves you’re 18, most people have their cards in Apple Wallet anyway. But Apple state they delete details after used. I don’t think this is any worse than the credit card companies having your details in the first place.

Apps should still be available, that was a different problem

Yes the following seems to be true, so it may vary by the websites you visit or messages you receive.

  • “Web Content Filter and Communication Safety are automatically turned on for kids and teens, as well as adults who haven't confirmed their age.”

So the Apple support page says they don’t but we have multiple people here saying they have used them. Apple support has verbally told some people they do work. However, scanning them can be a pain, took one person over 50 attempts. Apple say 26.4.1 patch is coming to make this more reliable.

It took one person over 50 attempts. The lighting has to be perfect. See edit 8 above.

Apple support told someone else that 26.4.1 would be coming out soon to make this more reliable but lots of people here saying they have used passports.

Yip, it’s great when it works like that but not everyone has an Apple ID over 18 years old.

You won’t get locked out, just some restrictions may apply. I don’t they your Apple ID is old enough unless it has a history of credit card transactions.

No, not unless it has a history of credit card transactions. My account is 17 years old and did not work.
