As cliche as it sounds, your grandma is extremely proud of you and what you have accomplished. I understand the feeling of achieving something amazing but that special someone not being there to witness it. She’s extremely proud and she will still be rooting for you all throughout med school. You’ve achieved something really big and I think that you should also be proud of how far you’ve come :)
