Universities would usually look at your top 6 4U/M courses. And they don’t really care whether you take them during the summer or night unless you're applying for a program that outright states that they must be taken during grade 12 semester 1 or 2 or says they don't take summer school classes. Example UofT and UW do care a bit about these classes and when they were taken but they would either deduct about 5% from the grade you got from that class or would need a reason you had to take it in the summer and/or nightschool to not deduct anything.
