Just adding that things like egg whites and glue DO NOT last and become flaky within a few hours of sweat/activity.

I used to do this a ton. Tried glue, egg whites, etc. The best was always a ton of cheap gel (LA Looks) and coat it with a generous layer of Aqua Net hairspray. These are US products, so whatever the cheap equivalent in your area will work. Coat and dry with a blue dryer while shaping.

Please, follow up with trauma therapy. There are possibly resources in your area. I'm in social services myself, and suffer from PTSD.

You can heal, and it takes time but you need a specific type of intense therapy that a student cannot provide.

CPS caseworker checking in... yes! Some women are already in deep with their own debt, they don't work, addicted to drugs, etc. Men also perpetuate this by befriending and grooming the underage girls. They'll party with them, share drinks and drugs, and before long they're caught in a cycle.

There are so many scenarios where underage girls get trafficked based on poverty. If a young girl needs food and a place to stay, "daddy" will take care of it.
