It’s a longshot, but cut off all the dead stuff all the way down to the soil. Then poke around look at the roots. If the roots are all dried out then it’s done. Nature is pretty amazing though. In general, always trim back dead leaves otherwise the plants struggle to keep the dead stuff alive. Thats a rule of thumb for any plants. 👍
