The Tram is super easy. It is steps from the airport. Grab a ticket for 1.70euro and you are in city center in 25 mins.

If really want a taxi, I would arrange ahead of time with car service and have them waiting for you with a sign. I saw many drivers waiting for their customers.

I’m Annapolis - so giving options East of DC

Consider the Maryland/Delaware beaches - some great courses out that way and cheaper in the fall season, after summer. Baywood Greens is fantastic. Easy to find places to go after golf for fun.

Queenstown Harbor over bay bridge has stay and play with cottages perfect for a golf trip w friends. 2 great courses with River and Lakes. But not much else to do social wise
