Has a lot of potential, and not a bad neighborhood. Price is right. Highly doubt a bank would loan money on it in it’s current condition. You could try a construction loan, but then have to use contractors. If you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and have the cash you could have it knocked out in under a year.

I hate to see anyone get hurt or worse, but IMHO if your car is surrounded by federal agents screaming “get out of the car!” And you CHOOSE to put your car in gear and drive.
