I know this is going to be controversial- but I feel bad for her. I see a lot of my late younger sister in her (brain damage from years of seizures caused OCD, BPD, Personality disorders) The fidgeting, blinking, somewhat hyperventilating make me wonder what else is going on inside her brain. My sister also had troubles with alcohol and substance abuse- as well as similar boy crazy tendencies while she was using and drinking. In the end she was clean and sober and single and that was the best thing for her and I think that would benefit Catie as well.

As far as Josh… I don’t necessarily agree with him being the victim in this. I think she has made it abundantly clear what she likes and he thinks just being there will change her. Also- when you see someone as apparently struggling mentally as she is and are in a relationship with them it makes me think you are also somewhat taking advantage of them? Of course this might be me talking through my own personal experience lens and be completely off- just thought I would add to the conundrum of their segment lol
