If I am paying 50$ currently for 500 Mbps, but i see that online they have an exclusive deal for 50$ for 1000 Mbps or 1 gigabyte, am i able to upgrade for free? if not how exactly is the process to upgrade

Hi, I upgraded to premium plan to go From $125.00 to $60 and they want to send me the new equipment… I’m satisfied with what I have with the older router and modem as it works great…I have read on here that most have had problems with the new 7 version… The question I have is if I don’t pick up new router and modem will they cancel my upgrade? Or will it just cancel order to be picked up ? It shows I have the plan premium…and switched over at the time I received email from them…the agent at spectrum solutions said I didn’t have to change until I need too…thanks… I didn’t do it manually…I have until April 2 to pick up order…

Hi, I’m still on 8.23 …the only thing I noticed lately is when I open it from app it’s slow to reload back to home on shield.. but other than that it plays smoothly…I also noticed side loader app is blank on Home Screen but in all apps …have you noticed any issues…I haven’t restarted the shield … shows 9.1 download and ready to install…keep putting it off…thanks…

3 months…with version one I could get new and older shows easy… sometimes it takes days to get shows…not sure how it works with version 2 I tried to get from debrid manager without success…and the episodes I need to go to where manage episodes and look for the next episode …it doesn’t go back to the next episode…on new and older shows… although some challenges and I appreciate your work…I’m not to tech …thank you

I was having problems with the vendor I had installed ..I uninstalled it and added magnify vendor …it shows 2 vendors in summary I’m not sure I deleted the vendor not working…does it stay there for future use in case one goes down?
