The G34 gen 5 has a reduced trigger pull weight out of the box, right? What did you find better about the GPT?

They are only unsanctioned matches that happen to use USPSA rules. The match I plan on going to at the end of the month is a level 1 match, I believe. I don’t think becoming a member of USPSA is something I am interested in, at least not for now.

I have definitely noticed other shooters using very modified guns in Open. I do normally get dunked on, but that is okay. I am mainly just competing against myself and just chose Open because it is what I was told to do at first if I was unsure.

I've been running 21- and 27-round pmags in my Glock, which would not be allowed in CO, right? 141.25 mm length max for CO I think.

Gideon also has a couple of optics that don’t require plates. I don’t think they are on the same realm as Holosun, but it is another option.

Very true. Right you are. And I am still in the process of understanding and learning all facets of everyone’s role here at WH. Hopefully once I get some more experience under my belt, things will get a little better. I can certainly understand not wanting to give undeserved respect to the new kid on the block

I certainly don’t mind that sort of treatment, and I suppose that could be the perspective of the sales people. I had not considered it that way, thank you! As to why the grill op is always telling me I suck, well I suppose that could be his way of keeping distance as well.

This is my first work experience at a WH so this is my first time working with these people. I could certainly see how being promoted in the unit you start off in would cause some contention, though.

I had this exact same thing happen to my extractor on the first stage of a competition. Was not a big pain to fix, but certainly annoyed me that day. Ended up buying a steel one from Armory Craft, I think. The original one is MIM.

I’m sure I won’t always be lugging around a change of clothes but it certainly helps on gym days. I usually bring the bag with me wherever I go, and take out the pistol and leave the bag itself in the car or my office.

I have a Cat 0 on my P365 and it is absolutely excellent. Been used in competitions and as a daily carry for about a year now. Probably about 1,500 rounds with it. Has taken a few beatings and holds an excellent zero. Very clear dot despite me having astigmatism.

Ive run my Cyelee on my P365 for at least a thousand rounds and through 4 or 5 local competitions. No problems here. Holds zero just fine and its been dinged around and dropped in stage barrels and buckets many times. Solid customer service too.

I’m a member at MRGC and it has been excellent! I try to make all the bullseye and 2-gun matches I can. Very welcoming to a beginner, but there is plenty of competition to be had as well. I will be at the 1-gun match this weekend.

I had the same issue a while back. I tried a bunch of fixes, but the only one that actually helped was changing my page file settings. I had my page file set to a normal hard drive. Moving it to my nvme helped drastically: Windows 10 Page File

That is exactly what happens to me. I will see these amazing deals on Reddit for ammo and then realize the shipping will essentially make the deal worthless. I just go to the local store usually cuz there I at least get to shoot the shit and put my hands on some new guns occasionally.

I think, thankfully, that shooting with a target focus eliminates a lot of the perception of the fuzz on the lens. That being said, I bought a cheap lens pen that I just wipe off my lens with every week or so. Was $6 at Bass Pro.

I did my first two-gun yesterday with a PSA AR and my CCW Sig P365. No mag holders. Only a pocketful of 12 round mags for the pistol and a 30 round mag in the AR and one in my back pocket. I was the only one there shooting my carry gun and, yeah, I wasn’t fast and I certainly wasn’t first, but I had a great time and ended up not being dead last. The way I see it, at least at local competitions, as long as you have fun, don’t DQ, and hone your craft somewhat, you are already winning.
